TR-90, the material used in all of our plastic styles, is hypoallergenic. Our metal styles are not considered to be hypoallergenic.
INVU sunglasses are sold in more than 90 countries worldwide, and there can be variation between products in different markets. The INVU-USA collection is curated for the North American market and only features premium INVU materials like upgraded triacetate lenses for high optical performance and durable and flexible TR-90 plastic frames.

TR-90 nylon was developed with Swiss technology as a durable yet flexible material that is extremely lightweight. The flexibility of TR-90 makes it incredibly comfortable to wear. It is also more resistant to damage than other types of plastic.

INVU USA orders are shipped via UPS, and cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
We will gladly ship to an APO, FPO, or DPO address. To service the military community, we ship via USPS for military orders only; please allow additional time in transit for delivery.

Polarized lenses have a special filter to block reflected light, thereby eliminating glare. This improves clarity and reduces eye fatigue. The INVU ultra-polarizer selectively eliminates reflected light, effectively blocking 99.9% of glare. In addition to polarization, the nine-layer INVU lens features UV protection, color enhancement, impact absorption, and anti-scratch layers.
Yes, all INVU lenses provide 100% UVA/UVB protection.
All INVU lenses meet ANSI standards for sunglass lenses. Please note that ANSI standards for plano (non-prescription) sunglass lenses (ANSI Z80.3) are different than those for safety glasses (ANSI Z87.1). INVU sunglasses are not intended to be used as safety glasses. For more information about ANSI standards, click here.
INVU-USA does not provide a prescription lens service. We understand that you may be purchasing sunglasses and then getting prescription lenses. In this case, we strongly recommend that you work with an eyecare professional to ensure proper fit and recommend the best lenses for you. You can find optical stores that carry INVU on our locations page.
INVU USA offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase (for orders shipped with the USA). Sunglasses must be sent in original purchase condition and packaging for full credit.
